Cline 4.1.23 improves incomplete-response recovery, pages oversized MCP tool results and refreshes its model catalog

What changed

Cline released 4.1.23 on October 7. If a model response ends without a recognized finish reason, Cline now preserves the partial response and asks the model to continue once instead of treating it as a successful completion. Oversized MCP tool results are no longer silently truncated: the agent gets a preview and can page through the remainder with read_files. The release also fixes Claude calls through custom Anthropic base URLs, adapts reasoning levels for models such as Kimi K3, and refreshes the model catalog, including GPT-6.1 Sol in Cline's recommended list. The catalog update is a Cline provider change, not a claim that those models first launched on October 7.
