ComfyUI launches Comfy Agent beta to plan, build and run creative workflows directly on the canvas

What changed

ComfyOrg launched Comfy Agent in beta on October 1 and made it available to Comfy Cloud users. Creators can describe a goal and have the agent plan, build, run and iterate workflows directly on the ComfyUI canvas, explain existing graphs, troubleshoot errors, find assets and use public or private Skills, with up to five chats in parallel. The announcement says Desktop support is coming in the following weeks, so this release is the cloud beta rather than a completed local rollout.
