ElevenLabs completes a $300M employee tender offer at a $22B valuation

Reuters reported on September 30 that ElevenLabs completed a $300 million employee tender offer valuing the voice-AI company at $22 billion, double its $11 billion February valuation. The transaction primarily provides liquidity to employees and existing shareholders rather than functioning as a conventional new funding round. ElevenLabs also says its agents now handle more than 15 million conversations per week, roughly three times the February level; that usage figure is company-reported.
